Term dates

Our academic year runs across three terms. Lessons take place weekly, with breaks for school holidays and major religious occasions. Dates are provisional and confirmed with families each term.

Holidays & closures

• Winter half-term: Sunday 1 November 2026
• Winter break: Sunday 27 December 2026 & 3 January 2027
• Spring break: Sunday 4 April & 11 April 2027
• The school is closed on major religious holidays:
  • 15 Shaban: Sunday 24 January 2027
  • Eid al-Fitr: Sunday 14 March 2027
  • Eid al-Adha: Sunday 16 May 2027
  • Muharram: Sunday 6 June & 13 June 2027

Notes

• Classes will be held online during the holy month of Ramadan (Feb/Mar 2027), and there will not be a half-term break during this period.
• Due to Muharram starting earlier every year, from this year we will need to continue classes after the first ashra.
